Lauretta June Cuppett, 85, of Bruceton Mills (Clifton Mills Community), WV, died Thursday, August 4, 2016, at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, WV. The daughter of the late Ray E. and Ina W. Barnes Wolfe, she was born June 20, 1931, in Clifton Mills. She was a member of the Clifton Mills Church of the Brethren and a homemaker. Lauretta is survived by a daughter, Debra and her husband Lee Walls; two sons, Clifford and his wife, Linda Cuppett and Terry Cuppett of Bruceton Mills; grandsons, Robby Walls and wife Beth, Jesse Cuppett and fiancée Karly Forman; a granddaughter, Carrie and husband Nick Spiker; great grandchildren: Jack, Jake, Landry, Colt and Brenlee; and a sister, Delora Forman and her husband, Art. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred G. "Woody" Cuppett; a sister, Alda Everly and two brothers, Delbert and Dwayne. Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, Saturday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and Sunday, August 7, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service in the funeral chapel, with Rev. Barry M. Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Bruceton Mills. Condolences: spearfuneralhome.net
