Obituary of Lowell Feather Thomas

Lowell Feather Thomas,

     77, of Bruceton Mills, WV, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at WMHS Regional Medical Center in Cumberland, MD.
     The son of the late Ward F. and Mary Feather Thomas, he was born July 10, 1941, in Bruceton Mills, WV.
      A 1960 graduate of Bruceton High School, Lowell assisted in the operation of the Ward Thomas and Sons Farms, the Grantsville Livestock Auction, and the Green Valley Egg route.
     He is survived by two sons: Jeffrey Ward Thomas and his son, Brandon; Gregory Clark Thomas and his wife, Crystal, and their sons: Noah, Hunter, Holden and Gavin, of Bruceton Mills; a daughter, Melinda Thomas, and her son, Rick Deal, of Bruceton Mills; their mother and grandmother, Phyllis Barnes Thomas, of Bruceton Mills;  a brother and his wife, Paul F. and Judy Thomas, of Bruceton Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
     Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Friday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the Shady Grove Church of the Brethren, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service, with Rev. Barry M. Adkins officiating.  Interment will follow at the Shady Grove Cemetery.
