Obituary of Paul A. Schaeffer

Paul A. Schaeffer,

     60, of Uniontown, PA, and Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away September 30, 2019, at Mon Health Center in Morgantown, WV.
     The son of the late Robert L. and Frances R. Keller Schaeffer, he was born August 26, 1959, in York, PA.
     Paul was a member of the Salem Church of the Brethren, the owner of Schaeffer and Son Automotive Equipment in Bruceton Mills, and was an avid bowler.
     He is survived by his wife, Terri L. Young Schaeffer; a son and his wife, Chad and Laura Schaeffer, of Fairmont, WV, and their children, Dean and Andi; a daughter and her husband, Brandy and Brian Gibson,  of Bruceton Mills, and their children, Avery and Ren; two stepsons: Matthew Kusinar and his husband, Steven Padla, of NY, and Bruce Burish of Sag Harbor, NY; a brother and his wife, Joseph and Maureen Schaeffer, of Glen Arm, MD; two sisters: Mary Gladfelter of Shrewsbury, PA, and Elizabeth Leary and her husband, Walter, of Hedgesville, WV; his mother-in-law, Ida Young, of Hibbs, PA; two brothers-in-law, Ed Young of NC and Jeff Young of FL; and several nieces and nephews.
     In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Randy Gladfelter.
     Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, Friday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, October 5, 2019, from 10 until the 11:00 a.m. service in the Salem Church of the Brethren, Bruceton Mills (Salem community), WV, with Pastor Donnie Savage officiating.
     Burial will be Monday, October 7, 2019, in the Sylvan Heights Cemetery in Uniontown, PA.
