Obituary of Clyde Bishoff

     William Clyde Bishoff,  
    76, of Bruceton Mills, WV, died Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, with his family by his side.
     The son of the late Clarence Dallas Bishoff and Glenice Mearl Reckart Bishoff Hull, he was born July 27, 1943, at Bruceton Mills.
     Clyde was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family.  He was a coal miner for many years.
     He is survived by his wife, Sandy Messenger Bishoff, two daughters, Teresa Galloway of Albright and Christy Bishoff of Bruceton Mills; grandsons: Eric and Joanna Galloway of Albright, Gregg Galloway and his companion, Christy Livengood of Bruceton Mills, Josh Stark and Tiffany Perry of Bruceton Mills; and great-grandchildren; Wyatt and Allison Galloway of Albright, Parker Galloway of Kingwood, WV and Noah Stark of Bruceton Mills; four sisters: Carol "Mitzy" Dixon, Betty Cramer, Deborah Bolyard and Vadna Walls; and a sister-in-law, Jean Bishoff.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Sherry Bishoff; brothers: Kenneth Reckart, George David "Big John" Bishoff, and Delbert Bishoff; and a sister, Ann Dixon; and several brothers and sisters-in-laws.
     Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 12 noon until the 1 P.M. service in the funeral chapel with Pastor Jay Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in the Sugar Valley Cemetery, Bruceton Mills.
