Obituary of Ronald D. Bolinger

Ronald D. (Ronnie) Bolinger,
80, of Albright (Lenox community), WV, entered into heavenly rest at Pine Ridge of Preston County on December 21, 2019.
The son of the late Lawrence and Marcelle Calvert Bolinger, he was born April 26, 1939, in Masontown, WV.
Ronnie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church, a graduate of Kingwood High School class of 1956, and spent most of his life as a heavy equipment operator, as well as other employment that he enjoyed very much. He enjoyed company, hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Shirley D. Benson Bolinger; two sons, Derek D. Bolinger and his wife Sherrie and Darren D. and his wife Tracy; two grandsons: Craig and his friend, Angie, and Casey; and two granddaughters: Kristen and husband, Nash Thomas and Kendra and her friend Corey; a sister-in-law, Evajean Bolinger, a nephew, Bill Bolinger and a niece, Candy Bolinger, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William F. Bolinger I.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, Monday, from 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday, December 24, 2019, from 10 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service in the funeral home chapel, with Pastors Mark Harris and Sonny McNear officiating,
A very special appreciation and much love to all who cared for Ronnie at Pine Ridge, Dr. Mike Schwarzenberg and WV Caring. Without them and our heavenly Father, Ronnie would not have been with us as long as he was.
