Brenda Sue Moats,
64, of Confluence, PA and the Cuzzart community, WV, died Saturday, June 26, 2021, in the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
The daughter of the late Clarence Casteel and Betty Howell Casteel Scott, she was born September 23, 1956, in Cleveland, OH.
Brenda is survived by a daughter, Peggy L. Maust and a son, Clyde Aaron Stout; a sister, Mary Ann Michaels Bittinger of Confluence, PA, six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Clarence Monroe Stout.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 3:00 until the time of service at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating.
Cremation will be provided by the Spear Funeral Home.
