Obituary of Rosalind C. Cutlip

Rosalind C. Cutlip, 77, of Bruceton Mills, WV, died Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Stonerise Healthcare in Morgantown, WV. The daughter of the late Ross Clark Lovett and Dorothy May Thomas Lovett, she was born December 18, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA. Rosalind was a retired Welcome Center manager for the state of West Virginia and also worked at Coopers Rock State Forest. She also owned Fins, Feathers, and Furs. As a young girl, she enjoyed dancing and being a ballerina. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her grandchildren. Rosalind was protestant by faith. She is survived by one son, James Ross (JR) Cutlip and his fiancée, April Heston, of Bruceton Mills, WV, and adopted daughter, Jean Hall, and fiancé, Larney Moore, of Rivesville, WV; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Nicole Cutlip, Sydney Leigh Tyrner, Christopher James Cutlip, and Tonya Martin and fiancé, Daniel Stevens; one great grandson, Jackson Ridenour; and special friends; Willie and Johnny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Bruce Cutlip and a grandson, Jonathan Corey Hall. The family would also like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Stonerise Healthcare for Rosalind's care at the nursing home. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 1:00 PM, at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Westover, WV with Pastor Paul Mitchell officiating. Carl R.
