James Dean (David) Sisler, Sr. 59, of Albright, WV, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. The son of the late Bud Stonebreaker and Edna McMillen, he was born July 29, 1962, in Morgantown. Dave loved fishing and working on old cars in his younger days. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sue Clemens Sisler; three sons: James Sisler Jr. and his wife, Ashley of Smithfield, Pa, Tommy Sisler and his wife, Elizabeth of Morgantown and William Sisler of Albright, and a daughter, Tina Griffith and her husband, Casey of Thornton, WV; seven grandchildren: Leanna, Wesley, Bailey, Alyssa, Emilie, Adrina and Kendra Sisler; four sisters and five brothers; and a best friend and brother, William Stonebreaker of Mansfield, OH; and Sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Debbie and Mark Conner of Albright, WV. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Johnathon Forsythe. Family and friends may call the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service with Reverend Ray Frankhouser officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery on Rohr Road, Masontown, WV. It is recommended that those attending, wear face mask and practice social distancing. Condolences: spearfuneralhome.net
